Frequently Asked Questions

What does your agency do?

aWe’re blockchain app developers. More specifically, we develop solutions that allow entire industries access to the blockchain without the pain of setting it up themselves. We do the heavy lifting for you.

How much do your services cost?

aWe have different pricing plans depending how much data you send to the blockchain.

You can see our Pricing Plans here and decide which is best for you.

What happens to my data if I unsubscribe?

aYour data will be stored on the blockchain, so it will be held securely there forever. You will have the key to access it any time. If you no longer use our service you can retrieve your data yourself, or we can do it for you for a small fee.

Who can access the files I send to the blockchain?

aOnly you and us. Each document you upload to the blockchain comes with its own key. That key is used to decrypt your files, reassemble them, then allow you to download them. As long as you don’t give out your keys your documents are safe from prying eyes.

How do I retrieve my documents from the blockchain?

aYou won’t have to retrieve documents from the blockchain very often. In the event you do, you can use a tool called a ‘Block Explorer’ to get your documents. You submit your key for a document and the block explorer retrieves the file for you. You can do this yourself for free, or we can do it for you for a small fee.

Can the blockchain be hacked?

aTo date no blockchain has been hacked that we know of. Hacks can occur to the online wallets of people who own cryptocurrency. These wallets are independent of their associated blockchains, so any hacks you may have read about are unrelated to the blockchain itself.
